Our Adopt-a-Pipe
sponsorship opportunities

Thank you for visiting our sponsorship page.

What you will receive in return for Sponsorship
(in addition to our sincere thanks!):

  • When you have chosen and paid for your Adopted Pipe(s) we will send you an Adoption Certificate.

  • Your name will also be inscribed in a special Sponsors’ Book which will be kept securely next to the restored Organ.

  • In due course we will welcome you to hear your pipe(s ) played and we will add your name to a lottery with the first 10 tickets drawn receiving a complimentary ‘front of the house’ ticket (plus 1 guest ) to the Celebratory Organ Recital.

 

We hope also you will have the warm satisfaction of having helped fund this important work to Welburn’s historic Father Willis Organ thereby conserving it for many future generations  - your descendants in 2100 and beyond may well, with pride, note from our special Sponsors’ Book that you helped save this magnificent instrument.

How to adopt your chosen pipe(s):

  1. Download the 'Adopt-a-Pipe' pdf document here.

  2. Enter the number of pipes to be sponsored at your chosen level.

  3. Complete your personal details in block capitals.

  4. Complete Gift Aid Declaration if desired.

  5. Calculate the sponsorship £ amount you are making and make payment by bank transfer to:

  6. Email the completed pdf to: yorkieras@gmail.com       

If you wish to do all this by hard copy, please print and send or deliver your completed form to:

Hazel Ward, Glenstone, Church Lane, Welburn, YO60 7EG.

If you are returning a hard copy of your adoption form and would prefer to pay by cheque, please make this payable to 'St John's Church Welburn PCC' and enclose it with your form in a sealed envelope, addressed as above.
